Working proposal — candidate values are placeholders. At implementation the chosen ramp gets contrast-measured per pair against the 4.5:1 floors (as the current system documents), and the gym distance-legibility scaling is untouched. The muscle figure here is the art direction for the MuscleMap.tsx redraw (same region model + level fills, real SVG body paths instead of rounded rects).
